Evening schools held on Friday evenings, from 5-9pm, are $65 ($50 for Level 1 only) and weekend days from 9am-5pm are $110 ($95 for Level 1only).

Selecting levels -

Is this your first time with us or at DCTC? If so, you'll begin at level 1 for your first school. Your second school will be level 2. Your third and subsequent schools will be level 3. If and when you're able move beyond level 3, an instructor will inform you of this. First-time riders may register for multiple schools or the whole season at the level progression earlier stated; we can always go back and revise your levels as you progress.

Platinum Rider Pass - Best Value: $875
You will have unlimited riding all throughout the season at ZARS scheduled schools at DCTC at a significant savings!
Here are all the benefits:

• Savings- You save 30% off the season for a total savings of $375
• One complimentary one-on-one session with a rider coach!
• Be our VIP at our annual Appreciation Day (complimentary day!)
• You will receive a complimentary guest pass to give to a friend or family member who is new to DCTC and ZARS (level 1 only)
  Cancellation Policy- Due to the significant savings, you may only cancel one event for a future credit so long as the cancellation was outside of 7 days.
  Restrictions- Excludes any private events.

Gold Rider Pass 8: $595
You have the ability to ride 8 schools throughout the season at a reduced rate.
Savings- You save 15% off your 4 Saturdays or Sundays and 4 Friday evenings for a total savings of $105!

Gold Rider Pass 7: $654
You have the ability to ride 7 schools throughout the season at a reduced rate.

Silver Rider Pass: Price varies on your selection
You have the ability to ride any 4 schools throughout the season and save $40!
Savings- You save $40 when registering for 4 schools.
How to register- Register for 4 schools at once (same transaction) and at checkout, add “Silver” in the promo code to apply the discount. Cancellation Policy- If you received a discount as a frequent rider, due to the significant savings, you may only cancel one event for a future credit so long as the cancellation was outside of 7 days; silver riders will have $40 deducted from their credit.

Note- If you forget to add your pass code at check out, a partial or full credit for the discounted amount may be applied within 14 days of when you registered, so contact us right away to get this adjusted.

Instructions

READ CAREFULLY - All riders must create a complimentary membership account at ZARS to register fo any events. It's totally free, quick and easy to do! Each time you wish to register for events or view your events or account, you'll need to log into your account on our member site.

Rider Numbers - All riders must select an available number. Note - Numbers are not required to be displayed on the bikes at DCTC.

Step by Step Instructions -

1. Create an account or login to an existing account on our member site.

2. Select your rider number if you are creating your account.

3. Select your dates and appropriate level and provide the information needed.

4. If you are a registering as a frequent rider, enter your one-time promo code to apply your discount.

5. Select your payment option -Visa, Mastercard, and EFT.

6. Process your registration to complete. Once your registration is processed, you will receive an instant confirmation email. 

Other:

There is a $3 convenience fee for the entire tranacation when registering online; you may mail in the ZARS form instead of online registration if you'd prefer (no convenience fee!), however it may take up to 5 business days to process from when the form was received and spots fill up quick!

Space Availability- Once a level or school is not available, it will appear as full online; you may then add yourself to our waitlist. You will be contacted if space becomes available.

If you register for the wrong level and do not have it corrected within a reasonable time, you may have to forfeit your school and paid fee (if you show up to an event and are registered for the wrong level and there is no space for your appropriate level, you may lose your fee and may not be able to ride).

Forms and Preparation - You will also need to complete a form once per season with all of your personal and health information along with a release/waiver.  Prior to the scheduled date, review the Rules/Prep page on the ZARS site, plus you will receive an email prior to your event with the last bits of information to best prepare you prior your date.

Make sure to read below, as you will need to understand and accept this policy when registering. We need to keep things as simple and as straight forward as possible and consistent for all riders, so we only encourage those to register that plan to participate. If you can’t accept the policies below, don’t register, as we don’t waiver from this policy.

READ CAREFULLY AND UNDERSTAND THIS:
If you cancel outside of 14 days of your school date, you will receive a refund for the amount paid minus $10 or you may receive a full credit towards another school, space permitting. If you cancel within 14 days of your school date, you will receive credit towards another school, space permitting, except no credits or refunds if you cancel within 7 days.

*If you received a discount as a frequent rider, due to the significant savings, you may only cancel one event for a future credit so long as the cancellation was outside of 7 days; silver riders will have $40 deducted from their credit.

To begin the refund/credit request process, you need to contact us first by email/phone. If you don’t receive a response, it has not been received.

ZARS reserves the right to revoke your privilege to ride during a school without a refund or credit for riding in such a manner that endangers life or limb of yourself, other riders, guest, staff, and instructors or control riders.

Registrations are not transferrable to anyone.

To be fair and consistent, there are ZERO EXCEPTIONS to all above.

Rain or Shine or Cancellation:
Schools are held in the rain. Schools are subject to being canceled due to heavy rain or severe weather or lack of registrants. If a school is canceled for rain or severe weather, it will be rescheduled and your paid fee will be applied to the newly scheduled date or a credit towards another date. Same policies will then apply.
